Drink This Beverage Every Morning on an Empty Stomach and Say Goodbye to Belly Fat!


Tried by many women, this recipe has shown great efficiency in burning fat and reducing bad cholesterol levels in your blood. On the plus side, it uses easily available ingredients such as lemon, parsley, water and baking soda and is extremely easy to make.

  • a bag of baking soda
  • 3l water
  • 5-6 laces of parsley
  • 1kg lemons



As mentioned above, this recipe is really easy to prepare. Start by washing the lemons thoroughly. If you aren’t using organic lemons, fill a bowl with warm water and add the baking soda to it. Mix well so that the baking soda is completely dissolved. Immerse the lemons in this water and leave them for 1 hour.

Now, slice the parsley finely. Use the stem as well. Take the lemons and chop them with the rind on.

Take a bigger cooking pot, pour 3l water and add the lemon and parsley. Cook all the ingredients over low heat for about 2-3 hours then strain. You should get about 1.5l syrup.

Take a glass of this beverage on an empty stomach every morning.
